RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible items* purchased directly from Waggle may be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original conditions with all original tags attached. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection before being approved and processed. An order confirmation or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please remember, it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If you receive defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately by contacting support at support@getyourwaggleon.com or visiting your local Waggle store.

2025 Holiday Return Period: We have extended the returns & exchange policy* to November 10 – January 18, beginning on November 10.


Online:

START AN ONLINE ORDER RETURN OR EXCHANGE: RETURN PORTAL

Online purchases may be returned or exchanged through the return portal or returned in-store. Exchanges submitted through the return portal are free for orders shipped within the United States. Returns submitted through the return portal are subject to a $6.00 handling fee. In addition to requiring proof of order, the return portal requires the zip code of where the purchase was shipped to. Exchanges and returns are processed upon the receipt of the returned item.


In-Store:

Returns made in-store do not incur a handling fee. Items purchased in-store cannot be returned or exchanged through the online return portal.
