Free Shipping Thresholds:

• Free shipping will be given to all orders over $100 USD with destination in the United States.

• Free shipping will be given to all orders over $140 CAD with destination in Canada.

 

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed & shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

• We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited services.

• Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination address.

• Please note that any shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for any shipping delays or for lost/stolen products caused by the carrier. 

 

International Shipping:

• We offer a flat shipping rate of $13.99 CAD for all orders to Canada and $9.99 for all other international orders.

• Please note that if the order is above $200, the customer is responsible for paying any additional taxes and duties.
