2026 Azalea Collection Gift with Purchase Promotion (“Promotion”)

Promotion Period

Begins: 10:00 a.m. Central Time on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.

Ends: 8:00 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, or when gift supplies are exhausted, whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”).

GIFTS ARE AVAILABLE WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. Once gift inventory is depleted at a participating location, the Promotion will end at that location regardless of the scheduled end date. Waggle is not obligated to replenish gift supplies.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to United States residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of purchase.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

  • Employees, officers, and directors of Waggle;
  • Members of the immediate families of such employees, officers, and directors;
  • Waggle’s advertising, promotion, and marketing agencies and their employees.

How to Participate

To receive the promotional gift, eligible participants must:

  1. Visit a participating retail location during the Promotion Period:
    • Blaine, MN: 3100 101st Ave NE, Unit 110, Blaine, MN 55449
    • Maple Grove, MN: 12111 Elm Creek Blvd N, Maple Grove, MN 55369
    • Coralville, IA: 901 E 2nd Ave, Coralville, IA 52241
  2. Purchase at least one (1) item from the 2026 Azalea Collection during a single, in-store transaction.
  3. Request the promotional gift at checkout at the time of qualifying purchase.

THIS PROMOTION IS VALID FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES AT WAGGLE’S BLAINE, MINNESOTA AND CORALVILLE, IOWA LOCATIONS ONLY. Online orders, phone orders, and purchases made at any non-participating Waggle location (including the Maple Grove, MN location) do not qualify. Gift must be claimed at the time of qualifying purchase and cannot be claimed retroactively.

Limitations

  • Limit one gift per customer, for the duration of the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made.
  • Gift is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or other merchandise. No substitutions, exchanges, or cash equivalents will be provided, except at Waggle’s sole discretion.
  • Gift is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee of any kind, express or implied.
  • Gifts are available while supplies last

General Conditions

Waggle reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, acts of God, or circumstances beyond Waggle’s reasonable control. Notice of any such modification or cancellation will be posted at participating locations.

This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Any federal, state, or local taxes on the gift are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Recipients may be required to provide tax information if the value of the gift exceeds applicable reporting thresholds.

By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Waggle, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any gift.

Except where prohibited by law, participants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs; and (c) this Promotion and all disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
