These term and conditions (“Terms”) apply to Waggle Golf LLC’s (“Waggle”) Go Low - Black Friday Cyber Monday (“BFCM”) sale offering customers a 30% discount on all products except for gift cards during the promotional period.

Terms:

Discount Codes Ineligible for Combining with 30% Discount. The BFCM sale 30% discount cannot be combined with any other promo codes, offers, or discounts, except available shipping offers and rewards earned through Waggle Rewards.

Prior purchases excluded. The BFCM sale 30% discount cannot be applied to prior purchases.

Gift Cards excluded. The BFCM 30% discount does not apply to gift cards.

Returns & Exchanges. If you return any of the products purchased during the BFCM sale, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies. Men’s Caddie Boxer Briefs and Wavelength Quarter Socks are ineligible for returns and exchanges.

Reservation of Rights. To the maximum extent permissible under law, Waggle reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria or promotion details at any time (with or without notice or reason) and/or determine, at its sole discretion, whether anyone should be excluded from participating in this promotion.

Conflict. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Service, Shipping policy, or Returns & Exchanges policy, Waggle’s decision on which terms prevail shall be final and conclusive.

General. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
