1. Sponsor

The Waggle Custom Team Apparel Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored solely by Waggle Golf LLC ("Sponsor" or "Waggle"), a Minnesota limited liability company with its principal place of business at 3100 101st Ave NE, Unit 110, Blaine, Minnesota 55449.

Although the Giveaway is promoted through a collaborative Instagram post featuring Taylor Heise, Taylor Heise is not a sponsor, administrator, or co-sponsor of the Giveaway. Taylor Heise is participating solely as a promotional ambassador and is not responsible for administering the Giveaway, determining entrant eligibility, conducting the random drawing, selecting or verifying the winner, fulfilling the prize, or interpreting these Official Rules. All aspects of the Giveaway are the sole responsibility of Sponsor.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older who are a parent/legal guardian of a rostered player, a rostered coach, or an authorized team representative. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins when the collaborative Instagram post is published and ends seven (7) days later at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Follow @getyourwaggleon on Instagram and comment the youth hockey team you wish to nominate on the official Giveaway post. One entry per Instagram account. No purchase necessary. Automated, fraudulent, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection

One eligible entry will be selected by a computerized random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Sponsor may verify eligibility before awarding the prize and may select alternate winners if necessary.

6. Prize

One winning youth hockey team will receive custom Waggle apparel for up to twenty (20) rostered players and four (4) rostered coaches. Each eligible recipient will receive one Core Sweatshirt, one Core Sweatpant, one Playmaker Jacket, and one Original Snapback Hat. Team logo embroidery is included. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute comparable products based on inventory. Approximate Retail Value: $7000 USD.

7. Winner Notification

Winner will be announced via Taylor Heise's Instagram Story during the week of July 13–17, 2026. Waggle will contact the winner only through @getyourwaggleon via Instagram Direct Message to obtain a preferred email address and redemption information. Winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days or may forfeit the prize.

8. Prize Redemption

By October 1, 2026, the winning team must provide proof of roster, team level, names, sizes, and logo artwork. Only verified rostered players and coaches are eligible. Maximum twenty (20) rostered players and four (4) rostered coaches. Sponsor will not perform custom logo design. Embroidery will be completed by a vendor selected by Sponsor. Apparel is expected to ship within approximately sixty (60) days after all required information is received.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, team name, logo, likeness, and related promotional content without additional compensation. Sponsor will not intentionally identify minors by name without any required consent.

10. Release of Liability

Entrants release and hold harmless Waggle Golf LLC, Taylor Heise, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from participation or prize use. Taylor Heise has no responsibility or liability for administration of the Giveaway, winner selection or verification, or prize fulfillment.

11. Modification

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway due to fraud, technical issues, inventory shortages, force majeure, or other circumstances affecting the integrity of the Giveaway.

12. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by Minnesota law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Minnesota courts.

13. Privacy

Information collected will be used solely to administer the Giveaway and fulfill the prize, subject to Waggle's Privacy Policy.

14. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants provide information to Sponsor, not Instagram, and release Instagram from liability.
