FATHER’S DAY SALE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sponsor. Waggle Golf LLC, 3100 101st Ave NE, Unit 110, Blaine, MN 55449

Promotion Period. The Father's Day Sale begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on June 8, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on June 21, 2026.

Eligible Products. This promotion applies storewide to all products available to purchase on Waggle’s website (getyourwaggleon.com) and in Waggle’s retail locations in Blaine, MN, Maple Grove, MN, and Coralville, IA, subject to product availability. Gift cards are excluded from this promotion and are ineligible for any discounts.

Automatic Discount. A discount of 20% off all Eligible Products. 

Select Direct Mail Discount. Randomly selected customers may receive a unique promotional discount code via direct mail offering 25% off all Eligible Products.

Lower Free Shipping Threshold. During the Promotion Period, orders of $75 USD or more (after discount) to U.S. and Canadian addresses qualify for free shipping.

Terms and Conditions.

1. The 20% Automatic Discount is reflected automatically at checkout (online) or at the register (in-store). No promo code is required.
2. If a customer enters a valid 25% Select Direct Mail Discount code at checkout (online) or at the register (in-store), it will replace the 20% Automatic Discount. The 25% and 20% discounts are not combinable with each other. Neither discount is combinable with any other promotional code or offer. However, both the 20% Automatic Discount and the 25% Select Direct Mail Discount cannot be combined with Waggle Rewards.
3. Discounts apply to the product price only. Shipping charges, taxes, and other fees are not subject to the discount. Orders that qualify for free shipping are subject to Waggle's standard shipping policy.
4. Eligible Products are subject to availability. Not all sizes are available in all styles. Waggle reserves the right to limit quantities.
5. Waggle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, for any reason, including technical failures, fraud, or circumstances beyond Waggle's reasonable control.
6. Returns of Eligible Products purchased during this promotion will be refunded at the discounted purchase price per Waggle's standard return policy.
7. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
8. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from this promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
