These term and conditions (“Terms”) apply to Waggle Golf LLC’s (“Waggle”) Spend & Save sale offering customers $25 off their order for every $150 they spend, except for gift cards during the promotional period.

The promotional period for the BFCM sale runs from December 2, 2025, at 2:00 am CST until December 26, 2025, at 2:00 am CST.

Your participation in the Spend & Save sale shows that you have read and agreed to, and that you accept, these Terms.

Terms:

Discount Codes Ineligible for Combining with Spend & Save Discount. The Spend & Save sale $25 off your order for every $150 you spend discount cannot be combined with any other promo codes, offers, or discounts, except available shipping offers.

If your purchase total does not reach the Spend & Save sale threshold ($150) you may use any other promo codes, offers, or discounts. Any other promo codes, offers, or discounts cannot be stacked; only the largest savings will be applied.

Waggle Rewards Loyalty Rewards Ineligible for Combining with Spend & Save Discount. The Spend & Save sale $25 off your order for every $150 you spend discount cannot be combined with any Waggle Rewards loyalty rewards.

Prior purchases excluded. The Spend & Save sale $25 off your order for every $150 you spend discount cannot be applied to prior purchases.

Gift Cards excluded. The Spend & Save sale $25 off your order for every $150 you spend discount does not apply to gift cards.

Returns & Exchanges. If you return any of the products purchased during the Spend & Save sale, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies. Men’s Caddie Boxer Briefs and Wavelength Quarter Socks are ineligible for returns and exchanges.

Reservation of Rights. To the maximum extent permissible under law, Waggle reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria or promotion details at any time (with or without notice or reason) and/or determine, at its sole discretion, whether anyone should be excluded from participating in this promotion.

Conflict. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Service, Shipping policy, or Returns & Exchanges policy, Waggle’s decision on which terms prevail shall be final and conclusive.

General. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
