The Great Lakes hat is awesome. Got for a gift for my boyfriend's birthday. Unfortunately, it took about 5 weeks for it to come in. I would have loved if they specified the shipping timeline. Great hat though!

Hat is nice. But was very wrinkled from the shipping. And had to steam it.
Shipping is the main problem took almost a month to get my stuff
Patch on the hat came extremely faded and doesnt look like the image. “Was not noticeable” by customer support team though? Lol
Ordered July 30, sent a follow up email to check on the status after almost 4 weeks. You sent another package, didn’t receive it until August 27th and you sent the wrong hat. Then customer service said the original shipment is on its way when the status for that shipment hasn’t changed since July 31st. Followed up again and received no response. This is absolutely despicable customer service and I will make sure to let every single person I know just how terrible Waggle is. Pure fucking shit!
I never got the hat!! It's been stuck on transit for a month
I ordered the hat 3 weeks ago and it has not arrived. Tracking says it hasn’t moved since July 2. Would really like to give a great review but my hat is lost and global post says not to enter a claim yet. A refund should be coming my way soon if I do not see the hat soon
I haven’t received the hat yet. Hasn’t moved since June 11th. I’ve waited almost a month so far. Contacted customer service and they just told me to keep waiting.
I was only sent 1 of this product even though I ordered 2. I ordered them for a member member event and only had 1. The second hat was sent 5 plus days after the first one. At this point I don’t even want the hats. I won’t be ordering from waggle again
Shipping was too long
