1.     SPONSOR

This 2026 Waggle Fantasy Golf Pool Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Waggle Golf LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 3100 101st Ave NE, Unit 110, Blaine, MN 55449 (“Sponsor” or “Waggle”). The Contest is administered through the Easy Office Pools platform (https://www.easyofficepools.com/) (the “Platform”), which serves as the third-party contest administration platform. Easy Office Pools is not a sponsor or co-sponsor of this Contest and is not responsible for the awarding of prizes.

2.     ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to win prizes: (a) employees, officers, directors, and agents of Waggle Golf LLC, and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entity involved in the development, production, or distribution of the Contest; and (b) immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and grandchild, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of any person in category (a). The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by federal, state, or local law.

3.     ENTRY PERIOD

The Contest entry begins at 9:00 a.m. Central Time on March 31, 2026, and concludes at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on April 8, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted. The Sponsor’s computer or designated timekeeping device is the official clock for the Contest.

4.     HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Contest during the Entry Period, eligible participants must complete the following steps:

(a)        Visit the Easy Office Pools platform at https://www.easyofficepools.com/ or access the Contest directly via the link provided by Waggle.

(b)        Create an account on the Platform (if the entrant does not already have one), join the 2026 Waggle Fantasy Golf Pool Contest, and provide a unique entry name (the “Entry Name”).

(c)        Complete and submit a fantasy golf entry by selecting golfers and/or making predictions as required by the Platform’s contest format for the 2026 Masters Tournament®, in accordance with the instructions displayed on the Platform. Entrant will select six golfers total (1 from each tier) to form their “team”. At the conclusion of the final round of the 2026 Masters Tournament®, scores from the entrant’s top four golfers will be added to form the overall team score. Playoff holes do not count toward overall score. Golfers who miss the cut or do not complete four rounds will receive a score of eighty for any incomplete rounds. Entrant will also be asked to select a guess for the winning golfer’s score to be used in the event of a tie.

Entry is free. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries submitted by the same person (regardless of the number of email addresses, accounts, or devices used) will result in disqualification of all entries by that person.

By entering the contest, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules, (b) Sponsor’s decisions and (c) the Official Terms of Service and Privacy Policy set by Easy Office Pools, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur during the entry process. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor or the Platform.

5.     SELECTION OF WINNERS

(a)        Score-Based Prizes (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place). Winners of the first-place, second-place, and third-place prizes will be determined by the scoring system utilized by the Easy Office Pools platform for the 2026 Masters Tournament®. The entrant with the highest total score at the conclusion of the final round of the 2026 Masters Tournament® (anticipated to be Sunday, April 12, 2026) will be awarded first place. The entrant with the second-highest total score will be awarded second place, and the entrant with the third-highest total score will be awarded third place.

(b)        Tie-Breaking Procedures. In the event of a tie for any score-based prize position, the tie will be broken using the following procedure, applied in order until the tie is resolved: (a) the entrant whose guess for the winning golfer’s final score is closest to the actual winning score (without regard to whether the guess is over or under), with the entrant who guessed the lower score prevailing if two or more entrants are equidistant from the actual score; (b) the entrant whose highest-scoring individual golfer selection earned more points; (c) the entrant whose second-highest-scoring individual golfer selection earned more points; and (d) if a tie remains after the above procedures, the entrant whose entry was submitted earliest (based on the Platform’s timestamp records) will be awarded the higher position.

(c)        Best Entry Name Prize. The winner of the Best Entry Name prize will be selected through a two-step process: (a) Waggle will review all Entry Names submitted by eligible entrants and select a shortlist of finalists based on creativity, humor, originality, and relevance, in Waggle’s sole discretion; and (b) the shortlisted Entry Names will be presented in an Instagram story poll on the official Waggle Instagram account (@getyourwaggleon or such account as Sponsor designates), and the Entry Name receiving the most votes in such poll will be declared the winner. Notwithstanding the above, Waggle reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select the Best Entry Name winner if, in Waggle’s judgment, the Instagram poll results are compromised by fraudulent voting, technical malfunction, or other irregularity, or if the poll cannot be conducted for any reason. Entry Names that contain profanity, obscenity, offensive language, or content that disparages any person, group, or entity will be disqualified. The Best Entry Name prize is a subjective judging category, and all decisions of Waggle are final.

6.     GIFT CARD PRIZES

The following Waggle gift card prizes will be awarded:

Total ARV of all prizes: One Thousand Dollars USD ($1,000.00 USD).

Gift cards are redeemable at getyourwaggleon.com or at Waggle retail locations and are subject to the standard terms and conditions of Waggle gift cards. Gift cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash (except where required by law). Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided in these Official Rules at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize (or any component thereof) is unavailable for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each winner is limited to one prize. However, if a single entrant qualifies for both a score-based prize and the Best Entry Name prize, that entrant will receive both prizes.

7.     WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM

Potential winners will be notified within seven business days following the conclusion of the 2026 Masters Tournament® via the email address associated with their Platform account and/or via direct message on Instagram. Each potential winner must respond to the notification and provide any requested information (including, without limitation, a valid mailing address and, where applicable, a completed IRS Form W-9) within ten calendar days of the date the notification is sent, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries using the same selection criteria. The Sponsor may attempt to contact a potential winner up to two times. If a potential winner cannot be reached, declines the prize, fails to timely respond, or is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The Sponsor reserves the right to select up to three alternate winners per prize. Prizes will be fulfilled within approximately thirty days of winner confirmation.

8.     TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified in these Official Rules as being provided are the sole responsibility of each winner. Winners may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid taxpayer identification number and a completed IRS Form W-9 before any prize is awarded. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on the prize received.

9.     ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning a score-based prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received, the skill and knowledge of each entrant, the performance of the golfers in the 2026 Masters Tournament®, and the relative scores of all entries. The odds of winning the Best Entry Name prize depend on the total number of eligible entries, the creativity of each Entry Name as judged by Waggle, and the results of the Instagram story poll. Odds cannot be determined in advance.

10.   PUBLICITY RIGHTS

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, Entry Name, likeness, photograph, biographical information, prize information, city and state of residence, and statements made by the winner regarding the Contest, in any and all media now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, trade, and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, notification, or permission. Winners residing in states that require prior consent for such use will be asked to sign a publicity release as a condition of prize fulfillment. A winner’s refusal to sign such release within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

11.   LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE

By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Waggle Golf LLC, Easy Office Pools, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages (including punitive and where applicable incidental and consequential damages), losses, costs, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activity; (b) acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of any prize; (c) any technical failures, errors, or malfunctions of the Platform, including server crashes, data loss, interrupted or unavailable network connections, or software errors; (d) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Contest; (e) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from an entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing release, the Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with the Contest; (b) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged, incomplete, or stolen mail, entries, or communications; or (c) any other errors or problems of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, typographical, printing, or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Contest. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM. In no event will the total liability of the Released Parties to any entrant exceed the stated retail value of the prize for which such entrant is competing.

12.   CANCELLATION; MODIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, postpone, or modify the Contest (or any aspect thereof) at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to: cancellation, postponement, or format change of the 2026 Masters Tournament® or any related golf tournament; weather events, natural disasters, or other acts of God; technical failures, malfunctions, or security issues affecting the Contest platform or scoring systems; evidence of fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other misconduct by any person; insufficient number of eligible entries; changes in applicable law or regulation; force majeure events; administrative, technical, or logistical difficulties; or any other circumstance that Sponsor, in its sole judgment, believes could affect the fairness, integrity, administration, or proper conduct of the Contest. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, award prizes to eligible entrants from among entries received prior to the time of cancellation, or Sponsor may elect not to award any prizes. Any such prize awards shall be made in Sponsor’s sole discretion and in such manner as Sponsor deems fair and equitable under the circumstances. Sponsor shall have no liability or obligation of any kind to any entrant or any other person in connection with any cancellation, suspension, postponement, or modification of the Contest. Notice of any cancellation, suspension, postponement, or modification may be posted on the Contest entry page or Sponsor’s website, but Sponsor is under no obligation to provide individual notice to entrants or any other persons. The provisions of these Official Rules relating to limitations of liability, releases, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding any cancellation, suspension, postponement, or modification of the Contest.

13.   DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules or provisions. As a condition of entering the Contest, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event shall entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages; and (c) any and all disputes shall be filed exclusively in the state courts located in Anoka County, Minnesota, or the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Any claim relating to the Contest must be filed within one year after the cause of action arises, or such claim shall be forever barred.

14.   PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Information collected from entrants in connection with the Contest will be used by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest, contacting and notifying winners, and fulfilling prizes. Entrant information may also be used by the Sponsor for marketing and promotional purposes, including sending promotional communications about Waggle products, services, and future promotions, provided that each entrant may opt out of receiving such communications at any time. Entrant information will be treated in accordance with Waggle’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.getyourwaggleon.com/pages/privacy-policy (or such other URL as Sponsor may designate). By entering the Contest, each entrant acknowledges and agrees to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. The Sponsor will not sell entrant personal information to unaffiliated third parties. Easy Office Pools may collect and use entrant information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms of service, which are available at https://www.easyofficepools.com/.

15.   TRADEMARK NOTICE AND DISCLAIMERS

The Masters® and Masters Tournament® trademarks are owned by Augusta National, Inc, are used solely in this Contest for the purpose of describing the nature of the major tournament event for which entrants will select golfers and track scores to participate in this fantasy golf contest. This Contest is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Augusta National, Inc. or the Masters Tournament®.

This Contest is also in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, or any other social media platform or service (collectively, “Social Media Platforms”). By entering the Contest, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) you are providing information to Sponsor and Easy Office Pools only, and not to any Social Media Platform; (b) you completely release and hold harmless all Social Media Platforms from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind arising out of or related to the Contest, your participation tin these Official Rules, or your receipt, use, or misuse of any prize; (c) any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to Sponsor, not to any Social Media Platform; and (d) any social media engagement, voting, or other activity related to the Contest is subject to the applicable Social Media Platform’s terms of service and community guidelines, and Sponsor is not responsible for any such platform’s policies, actions, or omissions. This disclaimer is intended to satisfy the promotional and contest guidelines of all applicable Social Media Platforms and protect Sponsor from any platform-related claims or disputes.

16.   GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, the operation of the Contest, or the Platform, or who violates these Official Rules, or who acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained in these Official Rules.

All entries and any copyrightable materials contained in these Official Rules become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

17.   WINNERS LIST

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Waggle Golf LLC, Attn: 2026 Waggle Fantasy Golf Contest Winners List, 3100 101st Ave NE, Unit 110, Blaine, MN 55449. Requests must be received within sixty days after the conclusion of the Contest. A winners list may also be posted on Waggle’s social media channels.
