Just took it on vacation to Aruba for 5 days. Perfect hat for hot weather. Kept my head cool. On top of that, I accidentally dropped it a few times and it barely stained when landing on the ground. And if there were any stains, I wiped with a damp cloth, it dried up, and was clean again. Love this hat!!!

My son and husband LOVE the waggle hats. My original order for the Palm hat never arrived , even though I was sent a tracking #. It was a welcome gift for my son visiting us in Florida. So I went ahead and ordered a second hat not knowing if I would be refunded for the missing original hat. All I can say, your customer service is top notch and I will continue to use your company!
